Julien Simon-Chautemps is a former Senior Race Engineer in F1 with over 25 years of experience across Formula 1, Formula 2, Formula 3, Formula Regional, F4, Endurance, and Karting.
With a career built on 265 F1 Grand Prix in F1 and leadership roles at teams like Toyota, Renault, Lotus, Caterham, Sauber, Prema, and Trident, Julien brings unmatched insight into what it takes to succeed at every level of racing. His technical expertise and strategic eye for talent make him a trusted advisor for teams and a career architect for top-level engineers.
Having worked directly in F1 with elite drivers such as Kimi Räikkönen, Romain Grosjean, Esteban Ocon, and Charles Leclerc, Julien brings first-hand experience from the pinnacle of motorsport into every recruitment project. He has recruited for key technical roles, including:

Jake’s recruitment career has centred on sourcing and securing high-impact talent across trackside and factory-based roles. From critical senior appointments to race support technicians, his detail-driven approach consistently delivers candidates who thrive in high-pressure motorsport environments.
