Our team blends unrivalled on-track experience with proven recruitment excellence. Co-founder Julien Simon-Chautemps is a former Senior Formula 1 Race Engineer with 25 years at the sharp end of global motorsport, including 265 Grands Prix with drivers such as Kimi Räikkönen and Charles Leclerc. His insight into technical leadership, performance engineering, and career progression across F1, F2, F3, Endurance, and Karting brings unmatched credibility to every project.

Alongside him, Mark Walker brings over 15 years of high-performance recruitment leadership across the automotive and mobility sectors. He has partnered with OEMs, VC/PE-backed scale-ups, and motorsport organisations alike, building trust with hiring managers, talent teams, and boards to deliver results that last.

Completing the team is Jake Bedwell, a recruiter with a motorsport engineering background and hands-on trackside experience. Having supported projects with leading names in Formula E, IndyCar, NASCAR, and endurance racing, he brings a unique understanding of both workshop and race-day demands.
